POLL: What’s your favourite new small bar?

Since the back end of 2009, the small bar scene in Sydney has been getting more attention and the revolution has begun. Following 3 seminars by the City of Sydney for those wishing to operate a new ’small bar’ – we’ve started to see the addition of some exciting venues hitting the streets – with a list of bars still pending approval and hopefully popping up early this year. We’ve made it our mission to check out as many of the new bars as we can as and when they open. Here’s a list of what we consider to be some of the best ‘new’ small bars. We know there’s plenty more and we might just add a few more to the list.
